Agile scrum master

The responsibilities of an Agile Scrum Master include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members on Scrum practices, removing roadblocks, and protecting the team from outside distractions. They ensure the team stays focused on delivering value in each sprint and help prioritize tasks according to customer needs. The Scrum Master works closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and with the team to ensure that work is progressing smoothly. They also play a key role in improving team collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous learning within Agile teams.
